Rule 24.29.703 - EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE

(1) Insurance policies under plan No. 2 or 3 must include:
(a) Montana in section 3A of the coverage
declarations page; or
(b) Montana
in section 3C of the other or all-states coverage declarations page, expressly
as a state to which the policy extends coverage.
(2) To be valid for the purpose of electing coverage, the insurer must be authorized by the insurance commissioner to sell workers' compensation insurance in Montana.
