(1) Reporting parties who report electronically shall sign a written agreement with the department.
(a) The reporting parties may
designate another entity, approved by the department, to serve as their
reporting agent.
(b) Electronic
reporting for workers' compensation claims and insurance coverage information
must be reported using a department-supported IAIABC
standard.
(2) Reporting parties not required to report electronically may submit on hard copy forms approved by, or provided by at a cost to the reporting party, the department.
