Rule 24.26.211 - BRIEFS

(1) Where briefs are required, or permitted, they must be captioned with the board case title and number, and must be typewritten or printed with double spacing on letter-sized paper.
(2) Briefs must substantially comply with the following format:
(a) brief statement of pertinent
facts;
(b) statement and discussion
of disputed issues supported by available precedent; and
(c) concise summary of reasons for granting
requested relief.
(3) Briefs shall not exceed 20 pages, unless expressly permitted by the board or its agent.
(4) Copies of briefs must be served on the other party(ies) in the case, and proof of such service must accompany the brief when filed.
