Rule 24.26.102 - BOARD MEETINGS, QUORUM

(1) The Board of Personnel Appeals shall meet upon the call of the chair or at the written request of three members at a time and place designated by the chair or members calling the meeting.

(2) A majority of the membership, provided that the chairperson is present, constitutes a quorum to do business. A representative quorum of at least three members is required to adopt any resolution, motion, or other decision that is not purely procedural in nature. For the purpose of this rule, the term "representative quorum" means at least one of the appointed management board members, one of the appointed labor union or association members, and the chair or his or her substitute.

(3) The board shall select a member or an agent to act as administrator of the board.
