Rule 24.210.826 - INACTIVE TO ACTIVE STATUS - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LICENSES

(1) In order to become active, an inactive property management licensee must:
(a) file a change of address
application;
(b) provide evidence
of completing 24 hours of continuing education within the preceding 24 months;
and
(c) pay the required fee in
accordance with ARM
24.210.801.
