(1) For a licensed or certified real estate appraiser to become active, the appraiser must:
(a) file an updated
application form with the board office and pay the required reactivation fee in
accordance with ARM
24.207.401; and
(b) complete all required continuing
education hours that would have been required if the licensee was in an active
status, including the most recent edition of a 7-hour National USPAP Update
Course (or AQB-approved equivalent).
