(1) Licensees may provide services through telehealth as provided in 37-2-305, MCA.
(2) A licensee-patient relationship must be established prior to providing services via telehealth through:
(a) in-person interview and examination when
the standard of care requires such;
(b) consultation with another health care
provider with a documented relationship with the patient who agrees to
participate in, or supervise, the patient's care; or
(c) telehealth if the standard of care does
not require an in-person meeting.
