(1) The fact that the master plumber assumes responsibility for assuring that all work performed by his employees shall be in compliance with the state plumbing code shall not relieve the journeyman plumber from his own individual responsibility for the proper performance of his work as a journeyman plumber and from his individual responsibility to his license and to the public for doing plumbing work in conformance with the requirements of the state plumbing code.
