Rule 24.174.1605 - PROTOCOL FOR DISCIPLINARY TRACK

(1) All licensees who participate in the medical assistance program under the disciplinary track shall be reported to the board by name.
(2) A licensee is placed in the disciplinary track by one or more of the following:
(a) as
a condition of licensure imposed by a board final order;
(b) as a result of a sanction imposed by a
board final order;
(c) as a result
of noncompliance with the licensee's contractual agreement with the program;
or
(d) pursuant to an agreement
between the licensee and the screening panel or the full board upon
licensure.
