Rule 24.174.1508 - HANDLING FEE

(1) A pharmacy or facility that receives donated cancer drugs may charge a handling fee to the patient for dispensing or distribution of cancer drugs under the program.
(2) The handling fee must not exceed the applicable Medicaid dispensing fee.
