Rule 24.162.506 - TEMPORARY PERMIT

(1) An application for a temporary permit must be accompanied by the required fee, which will not be refunded.
(2) The temporary permit is valid until the applicant either fails the first national examination for which the applicant is eligible or passes the examination and is granted a license.
(3) Only one temporary permit will be issued per applicant.
