Rule 24.159.659 - FACULTY FOR REGISTERED NURSING PROGRAMS

(1) All nursing faculty members, including part-time faculty, shall:
(a) hold an
unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Montana;
(b) have preparation for teaching in their
respective area of responsibility including at least two years of registered
nursing practice; and
(c) except as
otherwise provided in these rules, hold at least a graduate degree in nursing
from a nationally accredited program.
