Rule 24.141.509 - NONROUTINE APPLICATIONS AND APPLICANTS WITH CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS

(1) Nonroutine applications must be reviewed and approved by the board before a license may be issued. The board incorporates the definitions and procedures for routine and nonroutine applications in ARM 24.101.402 by reference.
(2) The board incorporates the procedures for processing applications from applicants with criminal convictions in ARM 24.101.406 by reference.
