Rule 24.121.604 - LICENSURE EQUIVALENCY FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

(1) The board recognizes the fragmentation of license types among states making it difficult to determine license type and scope of practice from state to state. The following is a breakdown of scopes of practice and is to be used to assist out-of-state applicants and the board in determining appropriate licensure, if any, regardless of the name or title of the out-of-state license that is equivalent to Montana licensure.
