(1) The board incorporates ARM 24.101.406 by reference with the following modifications:
(a) Violent
misdemeanor or felony convictions in (6) are routine if the conviction date is
more than ten years before the application date, unless the applicant is still
in custody due to the conviction or staff otherwise determines the applicant
engaged in egregious conduct implicating risk to public safety;
and/or
(b) The criteria described
in ARM 24.121.406(3).
