Rule 24.114.407 - EMERGENCY USE OF ARCHITECTS

(1) A person who is not licensed to practice architecture in this state and is currently licensed in another United States or Canadian jurisdiction may provide uncompensated (other than reimbursement of expenses) professional services at the scene of an emergency at the request of a public officer, public safety officer, or municipal or county building inspector, acting in an official capacity.
