(1) Fees are payable to the Alternative Health Care Board and are nonrefundable.
(2) Fees for naturopaths are:
(a) license application $300
(b) original license 200
(c) license renewal 240
(d) specialty certificate 100
(e) specialty certificate renewal

(3) Fees for midwives are:
(a) license application 300
(b) original license 200
(c) license renewal 240
(d) apprentice license application
200
(e) apprentice license renewal
100
(4) Fees for acupuncturists are:
(a) license application
125
(b) license renewal
100
(5) Inactive status fees are as follows:
(a) naturopath
120
(b) midwife 120
(c) midwife apprentice 50
(6) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.
