(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the "Manual of Cross-Connection Control" (10th edition), published by the Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research, University of Southern California (October 2009). This publication sets forth standards for cross-connections to public water supply systems.
