(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference:
(a)
40 CFR
141.6(j) and
141.6(k), which set
forth effective dates associated with a revised maximum contaminant level for
arsenic;
(b)
40 CFR
141.11 and
141.62(b), which set
forth maximum contaminant levels for inorganic contaminants;
(c)
40 CFR
141.65, which sets forth maximum residual
disinfectant levels; and
(d)
40 CFR
141.80(c), which sets forth the
action levels for lead and copper.
