(1) The following sites are designated as primitive fishing access sites within Region 4:

(a) Carroll Trail;

(b) Dearborn;

(c) Dunes;

(d) Eagle Island;

(e) Hardy Bridge;

(f) Lichen Cliff;

(g) Loma Bridge;

(h) Lower Carter Pond;

(i) Prickly Pear;

(j) Spite Hill;

(k) Truly Take-Out;

(l) Upper Carter Pond;

(m) White Bear.
