Rule 10.41.125 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISBURSEMENT OF STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDS

(1) The superintendent of public instruction shall be responsible for the disbursement of state and federal funds for K-12 career and vocational/ technical education.
(2) Federal career and vocational/technical education funds shall be allocated to local educational agencies and other eligible recipients. The method used for allocation of funds shall be developed in accordance with state and federal laws.
