Rule 10.41.124 - ADEQUATE FUNDING

(1) The superintendent of public instruction and the state director of K-12 career and vocational/technical education shall work toward assuring adequate funding of Montana's career and vocational/technical education programs from all levels of government (federal, state and local).

(2) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/ technical education shall be prepared to conduct cost studies to determine funding requirements for career and vocational/technical programs.

(3) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/ technical education shall be prepared to provide to the superintendent of public instruction, governor and state legislature a complete analysis of career and vocational/ technical education program budgets as requested.

(4) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/ technical education shall disseminate the program approval requirements to the educational institutions of Montana.
