Rule 10.41.109 - EXECUTION OF LOCAL CAREER AND VOCATIONAL/ TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

(1) Instructors shall be certified in accordance with the board of public education requirements and endorsed in the program area for which they are making application.
(2) Approved career and vocational/technical education programs shall be in compliance with state requirements, directives and laws.
(3) If program deficiencies are not corrected within the program year, career and vocational/technical education funding may be withheld or denied by the superintendent of public instruction.
