Rule 10.16.3340 - INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM AND PLACEMENT DECISIONS

(1) Local educational agencies shall develop, implement, review, and revise individualized education programs (IEP) in accordance with 34 CFR 300.320 through 300.328.
(2) IEP teams shall make placement decisions in accordance with least restrictive environment provisions at 34 CFR 300.114 through 300.118.
