Rule 10.16.3180 - NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF FEDERAL FUNDS

(1) The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall annually provide written notice of the availability of federal funds under IDEA.
(2) The notice shall include:
(a) procedures for applicants to
follow in completing and submitting application for federal funds under
IDEA;
(b) amount of the federal
funds and the period during which the local educational agency may obligate
funds;
(c) goals and objectives for
use of the funds;
(d) description
of state and federal requirements to which the local educational agency must
comply to receive funds;
(e)
Superintendent of Public Instruction's procedure for approving
applications;
(f) requirements for
project reports;
(g) a statement of
a local educational agency's obligation to make the application and any
evaluations, periodic program plans, or reports required by the Superintendent
of Public Instruction for this project available for public inspection;
and
(h) an application form and an
offer of technical assistance from the Superintendent of Public
Instruction.
