PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Hound Running Area Operator Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To maintain and operate a hound running area and to purchase, transport, propagate, hold in captivity, and sell to or release legally acquired foxes and coyotes into a permitted hound running area. Fee: fifty-four dollars ($54.00).
