Section 3 CSR 10-5.445 - Daily Small Game Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Daily Small Game Hunting Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport birds (except turkeys), mammals (except black bears, deer, elk, and furbearers), and frogs, and to chase furbearers for training dogs during the closed season. Fee: fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50) per day. A permit may be purchased formultiple days.
