Section 3 CSR 10-5.330 - Resident Small Game Hunting and Fishing Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Small Game Hunting and Fishing Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

To chase, pursue, take, possess and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, live bait, birds (except turkeys) and mammals (except black bears, deer, and elk), and to sell furbearers taken by hunting. Fee: twenty dollars and fifty cents ($20.50).
