Section 3 CSR 10-10.788 - Resident Commercial Live Coyote and Fox Trapping Permit

PURPOSE: This amendment increases the fee for a Resident Commercial Live Coyote and Fox Trapping Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

Required in addition to a valid Resident Trapping Permit to take, possess, transport, and hold coyote, red fox, and gray fox alive in accordance with the provisions of 3 CSR 10-10.789, and to sell or give these furbearers to the holder of a valid Hound Running Area Operator and Dealer Permit in accordance with 3 CSR 10-9.575 and 3 CSR 10-10.789. Fee: fifty-one dollars ($51).
