PURPOSE: This rule incorporates by reference the Physical Therapy Compact Rules and provides the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts authority to implement and enforce the Physical Therapy Compact Rules. This rule also effectuates and aids in the interpretation of the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, sections 334.1200-334.1233, RSMo.

(1) The board and the Advisory Commission for Physical Therapists adopt and incorporate by reference the following parts of the Physical Therapy Compact Rules, as of June 5, 2018, published by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission, 124 West Street South, Third Floor, Alexandria, VA 22314, and which may be accessed at http://ptcompact.org, without publishing the materials in full:
(2) A copy of the Physical Therapy Compact Rules is maintained at the office of the board and is available to any interested person, upon written request, for inspection and copying at no more than the actual cost of production.
(3) The above-referenced rule does not incorporate any subsequent amendments or additions to the Physical Therapy Compact Rules.
