Section 20 CSR 2150-3.300 - Physical Therapy Compact Rules

PURPOSE: This rule incorporates by reference the Physical Therapy Compact Rules and provides the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts authority to implement and enforce the Physical Therapy Compact Rules. This rule also effectuates and aids in the interpretation of the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, sections 334.1200-334.1233, RSMo.

PUBLISHER'S NOTE: The secretary of state has determined that the publication of the entire text of the material which is incorporated by reference as a portion of this rule would be unduly cumbersome or expensive. This material as incorporated by reference in this rule shall be maintained by the agency at its headquarters and shall be made available to the public for inspection and copying at no more than the actual cost of reproduction. (1) The board and the Advisory Commission for Physical Therapists adopt and incorporate by reference the following parts of the Physical Therapy Compact Rules, as of June 5, 2018, published by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission, 124 West Street South, Third Floor, Alexandria, VA 22314, and which may be accessed at http://ptcompact.org, without publishing the materials in full:

(A) Chapter 1 - Definitions;

(B) Chapter 2 - Member State Participation;

(C) Chapter 3 - Compact Privilege Eligibility, Adverse Actions, and Encumbrances;

(D) Chapter 4 - Active Duty Military Personnel or Their Spouses;

(E) Chapter 5 - Physical Therapy Compact Commission;

(F) Chapter 6 - Data System;

(G) Chapter 7 - Rulemaking; and

(H) Chapter 8 - Oversight, Dispute Resolution, and Enforcement.

(2) A copy of the Physical Therapy Compact Rules is maintained at the office of the board and is available to any interested person, upon written request, for inspection and copying at no more than the actual cost of production.

(3) The above-referenced rule does not incorporate any subsequent amendments or additions to the Physical Therapy Compact Rules.
