Section 2 CSR 70-14.040 - Application-Selection Criteria

PURPOSE: Outlines the process by which the department will award a cultivation and production facility license.
(1) The department will award up to ten (10) points to each measure found in 2 CSR 70-14.030(1)(F). The highest total scores will be awarded licensure.
(A) In
the event that the highest ranked applicants for a cultivation and production
facility license receive the same total score, the department will select the
applicant that received the highest score in the cultivation and production
plan category.
(B) If a tie score
still remains, the department will select the applicant(s) that received the
highest scores in the security plan category.
