Section 19 CSR 30-20.013 - Incorporation of Medicare Conditions of Participation

(A) This rule incorporates by reference 42 CFR Part 485 (2017), Medicare Conditions of Participation: Critical Access Hospitals, for Missouri licensed critical access hospitals. Missouri licensed critical access hospitals shall strictly meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation, and surveys performed for state licensure will be conducted per Medicare standards.
