PURPOSE: This rule establishes food labeling standards for manufactured foods.

(1) Applicability. The requirements of this rule apply to buildings or facilities or parts thereof, used for or in connection with the labeling of human food.
(2) Standards. Manufacturers, distributors,
and warehouses shall label human food in accordance with 21 CFR Part 101 Food
Labeling, revised as of April 1, 2012, hereby incorporated by reference and
made a part of this rule as published by the U.S. Government Printing Office,
