PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the fees payable to the department for dealer licenses.
(1) License fees must be submitted by applicants according to the fee schedule established below beginning with applications submitted for the 2009 calendar/licensure year:
(A) Motor Vehicle Dealer or Trailer Dealer
$150
(B) Boat Dealer or Boat
Manufacturer $80
(C) Wholesale or
Public Auction $150
(D) Wholesale
Motor Vehicle Dealer $150
(E) Motor
Vehicle or Trailer Manufacturer $150
(2) If a license is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the licensee may obtain a replacement license for a fee of eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50).
