Rule 6-9-2.10 - Grant Amounts

Grant amounts awarded will vary based on funding availability and other factors, including, but not limited to, the development needs of the sites evaluated, the cost estimates of the site improvements proposed, the overall potential development opportunity for the benefitting property, and whether site due diligence has been completed. In determining MDA's level of funding participation, the agency will also consider whether the potential applicant has funded due diligence or site improvements on the site, to date, the amount of funding for site improvements that has already been invested or committed to the site, and whether the potential applicant has identified additional funding sources.
