The Board of Directors of the District may employ an Executive Vice-President who shall act as general manager of the District, and may fix the terms and conditions of his employment. A person thus employed as Executive Vice-President may, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, supervise the day to day affairs of the District in accordance with these bylaws and applicable statutes.
