Section 6-401-1.3-V-3 - WAIVER OF NOTICE

Whenever any notice is required to be given to any director of the District under the provisions of these bylaws, or otherwise, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person entitled to such notice, duly witnessed or acknowledged, either before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.
