Section 6-401-1.3-IV-3 - PRESIDENT

The President shall be the chief executive officer of the District and the presiding officer of the Board of Directors and shall have the same right to vote as any other director. Subject to the control of the Board of Directors, the President shall supervise and direct the business and affairs of the District. He may, with the Secretary, sign for and on behalf of the District any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments which the Board has authority to execute, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Directors, or by these bylaws, to some other officer or agent of the District or shall be required by law to be otherwise signed or executed; the President in general shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time
