Section 6-401-1.3-III-3 - PER DIEM AND EXPENSES

Each director shall receive a per diem as authorized by applicable state law for attending each day's meeting of the Board and for each day spent attending to the necessary business of the District, and, in addition, he shall receive reimbursement for actual expenses, including travel expenses, not to exceed the amount authorized by law.
