Rule 6-3-5.18 - Prime Contractor Responsibilities

Each ESP who is successfully qualified and selected as a contractor under an RFP will be considered a prime contractor. Each ESP selected to contract with the State's public entities will be required to assume full responsibility for delivery of all services for each facility as specified in the RFP or RFQ and included in the final contract. Further, each public entity will consider the selected ESP to be the sole point of contact concerning all contractual matters for the duration of the contract term.
