Rule 6-3-5.12 - The Pre-Qualified List Agreement

The pre-qualified agreement will be for a two (2) year period, subject to satisfactory annual performance reviews. ENRD will monitor and review ESP performance for compliance with the Pre-Qualified List Agreement. There is no right or expectation of renewal and any renewal will be determined at the discretion of ENRD. New submittals will be accepted for consideration (or re-consideration) upon receipt of an application and if approved, be valid for the remainder of the pre-qualification period. Changes in ownership or other factors can be submitted at any time for consideration.
