A Selection Committee will review and score proposals and make recommendations to the Energy and Natural Resources Division. The past energy project experience of individual ESP team members will be considered and given credit as appropriate. ESPs that are selected for pre-qualification shall sign a Pre-Qualification List Agreement prior to being listed as a pre-qualified ESP.
