Rule 6-2-1.5 - FUNDING TO ELIGIBLE GRANTEES

In keeping with the requirements of the CARES Act and the Community Foundations Act, Program funds may only be used to reimburse Eligible Grantees for their actual Eligible Expenditures. For this reason, an Eligible Grantee cannot receive funds in a lump sum distribution but can only receive reimbursement based upon actual costs incurred by it. For this reason, the Eligible Grantee must submit a Reimbursement Request, as set forth in Rule 1.4 F. to receive Program funds.
