MDA encourages the maximum opportunity for increased
participation by minority and women-owned business enterprises in the
procurement of goods and services. MDA's Minority Business Division and the
Mississippi Procurement Technical Center can assist with minority and
women-owned business enterprise outreach efforts. See
Miss. Code Ann. § 57-119-1, et seq.
