Rule 6-11-2.14 - Award Process

Once all requested information has been completed by the applicant and approved by MDA, a binding grant agreement will be executed between the Mississippi Development Authority and the recipient for the specific amount awarded and for the particular activity approved by the MDA. Construction may not begin prior to an effective grant award date. Any expenses incurred before the effective date of the grant agreement will not be reimbursed by MDA.
