Rule 6-1-16.8 - Stand-Alone Post and ADR/Voiceover/Recording Not Originated in Mississippi

Regarding stand-alone post and ADR/voiceover/recording for production not originated in Mississippi: the voiceover talent payroll rebate cannot be more than three (3) times the production spend for the session in Mississippi. (For example, if the total production spend, including all production payroll, is $15,000, the rebate on the talent payroll cannot exceed $45,000.)
