Projects which are eligible for assistance must be directly related to the airport facility and are limited to construction, expansion, improvements, rehabilitation, or repair of:
A. Drainage systems;
B. Energy facilities (power generation and distribution);
C. Sewer systems (pipe treatment);
D. Transportation facilities directly affecting the site, including roads, sidewalks, bridges, rail lines, rivers, pipelines, or runways;
E. Buildings;
F. Water supply systems (storage, treatment, and distribution);
G. Equipment necessary for airport operation; and
H. Land improvements.
