Section 37-1-7501-04015-402 - Joint Use Agreements

Where there is not sufficient right of way or it appears necessary to conserve available right of way to accommodate present and future utility applications, joint use of a single pole, overhead facility by agreement between the several utilities is encouraged. Such agreements may also reduce impairment of the visual quality of the highway.
