Introduction. These rules provided in Chapters 5, 6, and 7 set forth the District's rules governing the form and content of requests for declaratory opinions, and the District's procedures regarding the requests, as required by Mississippi Code § 25-43-2.103. These sections do not apply to actions of the District not subject to the Administrative Procedures Act.
