Rule 33-212-5.1 - Refusal of Inspection

If the owner of a connection refuses to let the employee or agent of the District inspect that connection to determine if a cross connection exists, a reduced pressure principle backflow prevention assembly will be required at that connection and water service to the connection shall be terminated without further notice until such time as the owner allows inspection and furnishes to the District evidence of compliance with these regulations and Mississippi State Department of Health regulations.
